What happens when you cancel:

• You will not be charged for any future billing cycles after your cancellation is processed.
• If you cancel within 14 days of your last payment, you get that payment back minus the credits you have used in this period (1 credit = EUR 0.01). The refund goes to your PayPal account. Your plan ends immediately: your account returns to the Free allowance.
• If you cancel more than 14 days after your last payment, there is no refund. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
• Purchased top-up credits are never affected by a cancellation: they stay on your account and never expire while the account exists.
• If our systems detect unusual payment activity - such as chargebacks or disputed transactions - your account may be permanently barred from future subscriptions. These measures help us protect our community and prevent misuse.

If you wish to proceed with cancellation, click “Confirm cancellation”. We will update your subscription status immediately and stop all future payments.

This is permanent.

• All of your profile information, uploads, and related data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
• Any active subscriptions will be automatically cancelled.
• If you delete your account within 14 days of the start of your current billing cycle, you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription. The refund will be reduced by the cost of the days you have already used - and any part of a day counts as a full day of use. Your access to the service will end immediately after deletion.
• If our systems detect unusual payment activity - such as chargebacks or disputed transactions - your account may be permanently barred from future subscriptions. We take these measures to protect our community and prevent misuse.
• This action cannot be undone.
