Withdrawal Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung)

This page contains the statutory instruction on withdrawal for consumers (sections 1 to 5), the rules for credit packs as digital content (section 6), our contractual refund on cancellation which applies independently of the statutory right (section 7) and the model withdrawal form (section 8).

1) Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2) Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract (for example, when you start a subscription or buy a credit pack on decompiler.ai). Automatic renewals of a subscription do not create a new withdrawal period; for renewals the contractual refund in section 7 applies.

3) How to Withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form set out below, but it is not obligatory. You may also use the form at /cancel. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

4) Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begins during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. We calculate this amount as the credits you have used until your withdrawal at EUR 0.01 per credit (“Wertersatz”), which is never more than the price paid.

5) Early Performance

When you subscribe, we ask you at checkout to expressly request that we begin providing the Service immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and to acknowledge that you must pay the proportionate amount described in section 4 for the service provided until you withdraw. Without this request the Service starts after the withdrawal period.

6) Credit Packs (Digital Content)

Credit packs (top-ups) are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. If you tick the box at checkout requesting immediate delivery of the credits to your account, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal for that pack once the credits have been delivered (§ 356(5) BGB). We confirm your consent and acknowledgement in the order confirmation e-mail. Without that request the credits are delivered after the withdrawal period and the right of withdrawal remains.

7) Contractual Refund on Cancellation (independent of the statutory right)

In addition to and independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, our Terms of Service (section 14) provide: if you cancel your subscription within 14 days after a payment for a billing period, we refund that payment minus the credits already used at EUR 0.01 per credit; if you cancel later, there is no refund for that period, your plan stays active until the end of the paid billing period and no further payment is taken. This is a voluntary offer for every billing period and does not limit your statutory rights.

8) Model Withdrawal Form
